At Tabeer, each piece is thoughtfully made to order, crafted with care, time, and precision. As a slow fashion label rooted in sustainability and custom craftsmanship, we follow a strict no-returns policy. Kindly review the terms below:

1. No Returns on Custom-Made Orders

Since all garments are customised and tailored to your measurements, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we will arrange for a return or replacement.
To be eligible, please share a clear unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery as proof.

3. Fitting Adjustments

We understand that fit matters. If you need minor alterations, we’re happy to assist!
Please note:

  • Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs
  • Major style changes are not covered
