Our mission
Tabeer, meaning “interpretation of dreams” in Arabic, is more than just a designer fashion label — it is a narrative of heritage, heart, and handcrafted luxury. Founded by designer Rakhi Sharma, Tabeer is now co-led by her daughter Ananya.
Born from a vision of self-expression, cultural celebration, and body-positive design, Tabeer crafts bespoke, size-inclusive clothing that allows every woman to feel radiant, confident, and unapologetically herself. Our mission is to redefine luxury fashion in India by making it accessible, inclusive, and deeply meaningful. From flowing sarees and embroidered suit sets to Indo-western fusion wear and modern festive co-ords,where every piece is made to order, thoughtfully tailored, and rooted in styles, exclusively for you!
Our Origin
Tabeer began as a passion project by Rakhi - an army wife, fashion design graduate, and lifelong admirer of textiles and Indian craftsmanship. Growing up with a mother who ran a home boutique, Rakhi’s love for design began early. Her professional journey through top export houses sharpened her eye for quality, while her travels across India as an army wife deepened her love for regional craftsmanship.
What began with designing outfits for herself and close friends soon grew into a label rooted in modern silhouettes, inclusive styles, and timeless craftsmanship.
Ananya, Rakhi’s daughter - a PR and brand strategist, joined her in steering Tabeer forward. Together, they blend generational wisdom with modern vision, evolving Tabeer into a growing, nationally recognized name in luxury Indian pret wear, while staying deeply personal and purpose-driven.
